This guide places the objective to socialize my experience of creation of a lan domestic between two PC, the desktop equipped, if one may use the expression, with Windows Seen and the notebook with Ubuntu 7.10. I suppose can be of aid to which, to beyond the preferences regarding the operating systems, it lives linux and the freedom that derives some, is found in this condition.
Configuration of the desktop (seen):
Premised that on this machine there are two ethernet, one for the connection to Internet, the other note for the lan domestic, the operations to complete are enough simple.
