Mp3 free?

Felt boys this! The Republic in date 31 January 2008 publishes an article in which it is supported that, because of a svista of the legislator, the new law on the copyright would have of legalizzato fact the publication of protect music in mp3 from the copyright.  It has revealed to the same daily paper the lawyer Andrea Mounts, Internet and right expert, which has made part of the work group for the study of the aforesaid law; it adds moreover that all he is contained in a new codicil not more modifiable because, although he must still be published on the Official Gazette, the law has been approved of from Room and Senate. Possible Com'è?
The codicil recites: “It is concurred the free publication through the Internet net, under gratuitous title, of images and musics to degraded lowland resolution or, for didactic or scientific and single use in the event in which such I use are not for the sake of lucro “.
It has written to who, it says it Mounts, it did not know that “degraded” is a technical term that comprises also the mp3. In fact all (or nearly) know that the mp3 they are a compressed version, therefore degraded, of music originate them.
Well, if on one side all this will make the exterminated people of Internet (not sure the record houses happy) and the Italian sites become the mecca of the downloader of all the world, from the other it does not remain that the bitter consideration of who thinks from a piece that this our great beautiful country is governed from people that, seen the age, the technology does not know not even where is of house, and, in some case, also it is boasted some…
