   mount - t vboxsf maddom /media/maddomvirtual
   to save the rows with the name mountcc and to render it eseguibile with chmod X mountcc

   for umount instead creating rows of text with these lines:

   #! /bin/bash
   umount maddom
   to save like umountcc and rendering eseguibile (chmod X umountcc

Now enough launch the commandos from shell, obviously like root, (. /mountcc - ./umountcc) in order to mount or to take apart the sharing.
