To compile compiz fusion on the piccolino
I have compiled compiz fusion on the piccolino following the guide of telperion, obviously after to have qualified the direct rendering with the opportune modifications in xog.conf. All good works, testifies it the screenshot here under,
unless on the first one of the 4 desktop virtual, that one with ume launcher, where problems of instability of the graphical interface are taken place. You have some council give give to me?
UPDATE 1/10/2008
To how much it seems is a bug that interests all the grafice cards with chipset Intel, which they suffer from a kind of conflict between the DRI and all the OpenGL programs (ume launcher takes advantage of the OpenGL exactly). Al moment cannot be made nothing us, must alone wait for the new version of Xorg with new driver and new option DRI (DRI2) that it would have to resolve the problem.

Optimal job with new driver and thanks for the link, but unfortunately do not serve to resolve my problem; I must necessarily wait for DRI2. To say the true one on http://hoegsberg.blogspot.com/2008/02/building-and-installing-drmdrix-stack.html it comes described a procedure, also enough simple and clear, in order to compile from git DRI, mesa, xserver, xf86-video-intel, however DRI2 still introduces too many crash. Much best to wait for.
